Recently, I discovered my internet - streamyx is as slow like snail. The speed is totally unacceptable. I am paying for the speed of 2mbps and getting less than 10% of the speed . What does it means? The telekom is cheating on their users..What is your opinion or suggestion for this problem??

It's depends on the station that we get every time we online. Different station exhibit different frequencies.

Mine is okay so I have no complaints.
